Paarock VanPercy was appointed Director General of the National Communications Authority on 1st June 2010. He came to the NCA from a career in accountancy, investment banking and corporate management dating back some twenty five (25) years. Over the period, he managed diverse and multi-functional teams with varying skills set. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Albert E. Enninful (Deputy Director General)
Albert E. Enninful is a telecommunications/systems engineering professional with more than 20 years working experience in the US, Switzerland, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ukraine, Zimbabwe, and West Africa. His areas of experience include telecommunications network design and planning, network operations support, quality of service, signaling protocols, project management, and systems engineering for fixed, mobile and converged networks. Since 2007, Mr. Enninful has been an independent telecommunications/systems engineering consultant and has consulted on a number of telecommunications projects in the US and Africa. Mr. Enninful has had experience working with network vendors including Ericsson, Comverse, Huawei, Cisco, Lucent, and Siemens. Mr. Enninful has BSc. from University of Ghana and MSc. from New Mexico State University in Computer Science. He is a member of IEEE Consumer Electronics (CE) Society.
Mr. George Kumi-Brobbey (Director, Finance)
Mr. Kumi-Brobbey holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Auditing as well as a BSc in Administration all from the School of Administration, University of Ghana. He also possesses a Certificate in Project Management from AED in Washington, USA and has over 25yrs experience in the Finance/Accounting profession.
Major (Rtd) Owusu-Adansi is a graduate of the US Army School of Signals (Fort Gordon), the Nigeria Armed Forces Command and Staff College, the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College and the Ghana Military Academy. Additionally, he has been awarded an MSc and BSc degrees in Communications Management and Telecommunications Engineering respectively from Rockville University in the USA. He has also been awarded an EMBA in Governance and Leadership as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration both from the Ghana Institute for Management and Public Administration(GIMPA).
Mr. Joshua Peprah (Director, Regulatory Administration)
Mr. Peprah has an MBA in Marketing & Operations Research from the Texas Christian University in Forth Worth, Texas,USA, and a BSc EE - Digital Logic Design, Satellite Communications from the Royal Military College of Science in Shirvenham, England.Mr. Peprah is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, England.
Mrs. Abena Asafu-Adjei (Director, Legal)
Mrs. Asafu-Adjei holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also has as part of her credentials, a post graduate certificate in Development Law from the International Development Law Institute in Rome, Italy and a Professional Law Certificate (BL) from the Ghana Law School. She started from the University of Ghana, Legon where she obtained a BA in Law/Philosophy.

Mr. Ollennu possesses an MBA in International Business from the University of Dallas in Texas, USA and a BBA in Marketing from the Grand Valley State University in Michigan, USA.
Mr. Henry Kanor (Ag. Director, Engineering)
Mr. Kanor holds an MSc. in Radio Engineering/Avionics from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation in Kiev, Ukraine. He is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers and the substantive Deputy Director of Engineering at the NCA.
