Consumer Complaints Procedure

The National Communications Authority, as mandated by the NCA Act 2008 is committed to protecting the interest and rights of consumers regarding communication services in Ghana.

Following from the above, consumers have the right to file a formal complaint to the Authority and the Consumer and Corporate Affairs Division has the responsibility of making available, complaints processes / mechanisms that will serve as guidelines to promptly and effectively conduct investigations and help resolve consumer complaints or concerns. This process shall be at no cost to the consumer.

How To Complain To The NCA

In order to make a complain to the NCA, the following mediums have been made available.Complaints may be made by telephone: 030-2776621 / 2771701 or 030 7011419. Also, you can submit a formal complaint in writing (No special format is required, but statements should be complete and clear so that the officer in charge has all the facts).
