How To Complain To The NCAIn order to make a complain to the NCA, the following mediums have been made available.Complaints may be made by telephone: 030-2776621 / 2771701 or 030 7011419. Also, you can submit
a formal complaint in writing (No special format is required, but
statements should be complete and clear so that the officer in charge
has all the facts).
