Numbering Plan For GhanaThe Republic of Ghana has the following as its numbering plan; Interconnection GuidelinesIn accordance with Section 14 (2a) of the NCA Act and Regulation 108
of the LI.1719, operators of public communications services are required
to interconnect their networks either by mutual agreement or as
determined by the Authority. Fixed Line NetworkIn recognition of the accelerating pace of access line penetration,
along with the expansion of the service portfolio offerings by telephony
services providers, the National Communications Authority(NCA),
following stakeholder consultations and inputs from the industry, has
requested GT-Vodafone to migrate all existing fixed telephone users to a
new numbering plan to complete implementation of the National Numbering
Plan.
