Are you an investor or a communications operator? Do you want to install and operate a communications system to provide services or to support your business operation or as a hobby?

To install and operate a communications system in Ghana, the law requires you to be fully licensed/authorised before you can operate such communications services. Any person or corporate body seeking to install and operate communications has to apply to the Authority for licensing or authorisation. Applications for licensing or authorisation are approved by the NCA Board of Directors.

 

Please download the application form for the service you are applying for, fill the form completely and submit it to the NCA. The application will be processed and the outcome communicated to you as soon possible.

 

Before your license/authorisation becomes valid, you will be required to settle the necessary financial obligation associated with the license.

Mode of payment is through Bankers Draft payable to the National Communcations Authority.
