In pursuance of 3G Cellular Mobile Licence obligations, quality of data services are tested to ensure that Operators comply with the obligations on service quality to consumers.
The report is based on findings on quality of data service in the Western Region between 6th September and 24th September 2016 for all Operators except Expresso due to technical challenges.
